NE Hazy IPA : Coconut Shrimp with Tropical Slaw, Coconut Rice, Orange Marm + Horseradish Sauce

Third Course:
Red IPA : Tropical Salad with Island Vinaigrette. Brazilian Pineapple, Goat Cheese, Pistachio

Fourth Course:
Berry Crumble Sour : Porchetta with Spicy Plantain Hash topped with Blackberry Gastrique
