Bacardi Rum Dinner | June 16th

On June 16th, we’re going tropical with a Bacardi Rum Dinner that promises to do one of the world’s largest family-owned rum distilleries justice. We’ve chosen a few of our favorite Bacardi varieties to pair with a chef-inspired four-course menu that takes you straight to the white-sand beaches of your dreams! 

Join us from 6 – 9 PM, and you might just discover your new favorite summer cocktail.
Tickets are $100 per person.


First Course

Lobster Sweet Pea Panna Cotta
Smoked lobster tail, spiced sweet pea panna cotta,
vanilla bean foam, and molasses rum drizzle;
paired with Bacardi Havana Club Blanco.

Second Course

Beer Battered Conch Cake Bacardi
Red Stripe battered conch cake, smoked
apricot rum sauce, pickled Scotch Bonnet;
paired with Bacardi Reserva Ocho Anos.

Third Course

Chilled Barlette Pear Soup
Chilled Spiced rum pear soup, toffee custard
creme, rum poached pear, scallions;
paired with Bacardi Anejo Cuatro.

Fourth Course

Caribbean Jerk Jumbo Sea Scallops 
U10 sea scallops, vanilla bean corn and Scotch
Bonnet puree, candied bacon potato croissant,
Caribbean jerk rum glaze;
paired with Bacardi Ocho Sherry Cast.

Fifth Course

Traditional Jamaican Sweet Potato Pudding 
with Bacon Rum Ice-Cream
Bacardi 10-Year bacon rum ice-cream, warm spiced
sweet potato pudding, caramelized banana;
paired with Bacardi 10-Year.
