The Grand on Main, Columbia’s new destination for fun along with the Columbia Chamber of Commerce is celebrating its official ribbon cutting on Jan 10, 2018 at 5:15 PM.
The Grand, features a delicious array of food choices for lunch, dinner and weekend brunch. You will discover a state of the art boutique seven lane bowling alley, an exquisitely decorated bar and lounge, an outdoor Grand Plaza featuring Boccie Ball, casual dining and seating. The Grand Tap-Room features retro arcade style games, juke box, pool table and over 10 self-serve craft beers along with a selection of wines.
The Grand, located at 1621 Main Street in what is commonly referred to as Robinson Building, is one of the oldest surviving structures on Main Street with its original construction dating from 1866, just one year after the end of the Civil War. GSM Development, Mashburn Construction Company and Lambert Architecture worked hand-in hand with Historic Columbia with attention to detail and period accuracy in bringing this historically significant building back to its former glory.
The redevelopment of this property into a premiere destination for fun and socializing whether you’re a native to Columbia or first-time visitor ensures this building will remain a part of South Carolina’s rich heritage for future generations to enjoy. Eat…Drink…Be Grand
